Stream Con NYC Announces Call For Papers
NEW YORK, NY (May 21, 2015) – LeftField Media LLC, an event company focused on innovative experiences for a passionate communities rooted in contemporary culture, today announced Peter Tatara has joined the company as its Director of Content and Communities.
LeftField Media was founded in 2014 by trade show veterans Greg Topalian, Britton Jones, Mac Brighton, and Sharon Enright – together launching a new, nimble event organizer with over 100 years of event management connections and experience – and Peter’s addition to the already growing team only provides further depth to its talent and development opportunities as LeftField Media expands its business.
Peter comes to LeftField Media with 10 years of event management experience, previously serving as a Content Director with ReedPOP at Reed Exhibitions, where he oversaw 400+ hours of content at New York Comic Con and was key in growing ReedPOP from a single event to a portfolio of over 25 pop culture conventions around the US and internationally in markets including Australia, China, France, Germany, India, and Singapore. He was most recently at Azix Inc, where he served as an Event Director producing events with Japanese governmental, tourism, cultural, and culinary partners.
Peter will focus on content, talent, community engagement, and new business at LeftField Media. His start comes shortly following the ticket launch for LeftField Media’s Stream Con NYC, a digital content and creator convention.

The show will operate with a unique hybrid conference and event formula serving the needs of the advertising, licensing, branding, and publishing industries while also celebrating fans and their love for the digital content space and its creators.
